Summer Patio Refresh

Hello and welcome to the Summer Outdoor Spaces Blog Hop hosted by AnnMarie & Anne from Simply2Moms! If you’re visiting from Kelly at The Tattered Pew or if you just happened to stop by, I’m so glad you’re here.

Hey friends, thank you for joining me on this summer outdoor blog hop. I am so excited to show you a little bit of our outdoor spaces.

We gave our patio, our favorite outdoor summer spot, a refresh this year. I will be linking the items I can or similar ones inhales to inspire you to give your outdoor space some love this season.

The Patio

Wide Patio View

Our patio is a place we gather with family and friends all summer long. Always hosting backyard BBQ’s, birthdays, or just morning coffee with the family. Just a relaxing spot to enjoy the warm summer days, and cool summer nights.

If you are anything like me you enjoy hosting outside meals, with good food, and great friends. I love to have a dining space even if it just seats a few. We have a wide enough porch we can bring out tables and chairs as the guest list grows.

All in The Details

Why not bring some plant life on to your deck. Whether they are faux or real it’s nice to have some greenery reminding you life growing all around. After a long winter I yearn for green plants and colorful flowers. I found this crate last year at Michaels. Here are some soda crates for under $20, and these ones are only $12!

You can find mini potted olive tree topiaries at Walmart, and Target. This adorable bee hive was picked up at a vintage sale, here is a similar ones at Walmart, Etsy, and Wayfair.

The Accessories

As you can see Mike enjoys laying in the hammock as much as the kids do. This LED umbrella can be found on Wayfair.

The Decor

Perfect place to read your Country Living Magazine on a warm day. You can see my fiddle leaf fig tree in the background. How adorable is the apple basket in the background? Michaels has a variety of sizes of these. I also found some vintage ones for you!

Decor for the 4th of July

For Memorial Day we brought out this cute reread crate, flags, and some yummy fruit and pie. I thought you might enjoy some of this decor for your 4th of July events. Be sure to head indoors and check out our summer tablescape refresh.

I love a good DIY project, and helping people create warm and cozy spaces in their homes. So if your someone who is ok with me being a hot mess express, a legging wearing, top bun sporting, kind of girl, then let's be best friends! You can never have enough friends right? I am a natural born nurturer, who always leads with my heart. I have learned it is ok to say no sometimes! My advice to you, take chances, in the end, you will regret the chances you did not take.
