Who else feels they may need a little help on how to survive spring cleaning this year, well let’s make a checklist and make it easy?
It is very important to set aside time each year to plan a deep cleaning of you home. We all feel better when our home is clean, and organized.
Spring cleaning will help you get rid of the accumulation of dust, and even mold or mildew.
We have pretty rough winters here in Pennyslvania so it is important that I make sure no water has come in and that me and my family stay healthy and happy.
I have created this spring cleaning list to help you get some ideas on how to refresh your home this spring.
When creating your checklist you want to start with cleaning tasks you will need to do for each room of the house.
So first what tasks will you need to apply to each room?
Let’s take a closer look at what we can do in each individual room to get it ready for spring.
The kitchen gets most of your family traffic.
You share your meals and snacks in this space.
So it is very important to make sure you deep clean this space.
A living room is a space we often gather with our family and friends and spend time watching tv and relaxing.
You just need to do a few things to get this space in order and ready for spring.
Bathrooms always need extra special attention, especially in my house full of boys.
Pay close attention to things you don’t do on a normal basis, and focus on those.
This is a place for rest and relaxation, and it can accrue a ton of dusts over the winter months.
So you want to make sure you give it a deep clean after a harsh winter.
Not one of our favorite places, but definitely one that sees a lot of hard work.
A ton of dust and junk ends up in this space, so it needs a deep clean!

Thank you for these lists! Know what we need to do but actually seeing your lists makes it somehow easier to get ready to complete what needs to be done! Does that make sense???
Ellen- that makes total sense. I am a list maker and having things to check off make its easier for me too!
