Easy steps to make the perfect heart shaped cakes for your loves this Valentine’s Day! This is a fun and simple way to make a heart shaped dessert for your special day.

Pick up a few ceramic heart shaped cake pans from Michaels or Amazon.

Use your favorite cake recipe or a boxed cake mix if you are in a hurry.

Bake as specified we did 350 degrees for 20 minutes for the smaller size pan.

Allow the cakes are baked and cool you can ice them. This is my favorite part. My son’s like different icing so I decided to make a few with chocolate and a few with vanilla icing.

With the left over cake batter I made cheese adorable mini muffins.

These are the perfect big size desserts, fun to share! You can easily decorate with your favorite candies, sprinkles, or fresh fruit. You could always add sliced strawberries or raspberries?

I am not a professional cake decorator, definitely a work in progress. My little loves were very excited to come home to these adorable desserts. Within 30 minutes we had a gorgeous desserts perfect for any Valentine’s Day party.
