Russian Tea Cakes

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
First start by softening butter
Chop Walnuts finely
Mix Butter, Vanilla, Powdered Sugar
Stir in flour and nuts
Mix Well
Roll into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes
Roll while still warm in powdered sugar
