Russian Tea Cakes
These will melt in your mouth and your family will love this recipe for years to come
ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
instructions
- First start by softening butter
- Chop Walnuts finely
- Mix Butter, Vanilla, Powdered Sugar
- Stir in flour and nuts
- Mix Well
- Roll into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes
- Roll while still warm in powdered sugar
