I am excited to share how to create a summer tablescape that wows! There is something about summer that gets me excited to decorate.
I like to keep things light and simple. Get back to my roots so to speak. This summer I am going with greens, woods, metals and whites. But don’t worry I will pop some color in now and again.
My biggest piece of advice when you are decorating your spaces is have fun, and take chances.
First I collect different items, and bring them into the room I am decorating. We recommend you try things out and see what works.
You may not use all the items, but you will have them on hand if you need them.
Once I had all my supplies, it was time to decorate this summer table! First I placed this chiffon table runner. Since our tables maple wood, I wanted a little contrast with the white.
Since I had this wood charger, I figured I would make it the center.
I just decided to place it in the center of the table. We usually start in the middle and work my our out when decorating a table.
Since we are working with summer decor ideas I figured why not have fun and add in some green to contrast the wood and white.
This wreath can be used on your wall, or in your table decor.
These white wood chargers are from my friend Christy @gracefulhomedesigns shop and they are perfect for any seasonal tablescape.
So universal and you know I love to incorporate wood decor whenever I can.
Next I chose to add in a little metal with these brass candlesticks. We also wanted to use these glass bottles to hold some greenery.
We absolutely love these stems, they add a slight pop of color. Dawn’s fake cakes are the perfect addition to the table.
This space feels so light and bright, I am so excited to host some dinner quests in the near future.
