Let’s Do This

I was so afraid in February I wouldn’t be able to find fresh peaches and would have to use canned ones. To my surprise Walmart produce department to the rescue. I found fresh peaches and they were amazing.

In hopes that warmer weather is around the corner I am sharing these amazing brown sugar peach pancakes. Just add maple syrup and you will have smiles from ear to ear.

It is true I love all things peaches!! Peach drinks, candy, and food, all the food! I also love pancakes and pancake toppings. Whether you add strawberries, blueberries, or chocolate chips, doll up those traditional pancakes.

Brown Sugar Peach Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Fresh or Canned Peaches
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Butter
  • Vanilla
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Buttermilk

Directions

  1. Gather all the dry ingredients in one bowl, use another bowl for the wet ingredients.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients together.
  3. Next fold the chopped peaches into bowl.
  4. Preheat and grease the pan.
  5.  Pour batter onto the skillet
  6. Once pancake batter bubbles, flip, and remove once golden brown.

Topping Ideas

You can keep it simple with peaches, butter, and maple syrup or get creative with a fun charcuterie board with multiple toppings and sauces.
